Delivery

If you place an order with us before 12, on weekdays, we send your package off the same day .
When we send your package, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If the package or contents are damaged upon receipt, please contact us at webshop@prinsesse2ben.dk

Delivery with GLS

All deliveries are sent with GLS.
The delivery time is 1-3 working days.
We offer free shipping on purchases over DKK 499.
Purchases of DKK 499 or less incur a shipping fee of:

• DKK 39 for delivery to a parcel shop
• DKK 59 for delivery with delivery to private

Pick up in store

If you want to pick up your order in our store, this can be done free of charge. Simply present your order number and we will find your package.

Retuning
If you want to return an item from your order, you can simply use the attached return label and hand in your return package to a GLS parcel shop. When you use the attached return label, we will deduct DKK 49. from your return amount. The item must be in the same condition as on receipt, and price tags and packaging must be intact.
